It has really helped me keep my short sale deals more organized so I don't spend as much time looking for files. I've also used PropTrackr's short sale presentations for sellers to double my short sale listings. You guys have out done yourselves with this product! PropTrackr IS our most valuable tool on the admin side of the business. We love having one database for organizing files but the additional features like the website, education, marketing allows us to move quickly to another task or refer to information without opening a lot of other programs. PropTrackr has thought of everything, even integrated faxing capabilities, one of my favorite tools. The client access to the system has proven to lend a lot of credibility to our company and having 24/7 accessibility has saved a lot of phone time on our end. What I love most about PropTrackr is the way I can keep my files up to date, and everyone in my team has access to them. Being able to make notes, share them with all parties involved, and keep the communication open is vital to our business.
